Breasts and stomach in one operation

Pregnancy and childbirth, extreme dieting, or weight loss put strain not only on the breasts but also on the stomach. As breasts look flat, shrunk, sagged, or otherwise gloomy, the stomach also hangs, the back aches, the skin is wrinkled, and the navel rests dejectedly under the skin.

When considering surgery, it is often forgotten that both problems can be corrected in the same operation. Instead of two separate periods of sick leave and pain, you can get by with just one. The surgery is planned carefully in advance, as breast correction always requires consideration of the best possible technique. Sometimes a breast lift alone is sufficient, sometimes implants are needed, and occasionally a combination of these or a breast reduction is required. The abdomen is corrected using a safe and quick surgical method developed by us, which speeds up recovery and rarely causes problems. The surgery takes 2-2.5 hours under general anaesthesia.

After the surgery, you will spend the night in our recovery room and be discharged the day after the surgery. Usually, your stomach will be sore, and the pain in your breasts will be overshadowed by the stomach pain. Regular anti-inflammatory drugs are sufficient for pain management. Your stomach will be supported with a support corset and your breasts with special support bras. It is very important to remember to keep moving. After major surgery, excessive bed rest is harmful and increases the risk of complications. You can usually return to work 3-4 weeks after surgery. The stitches dissolve on their own. The first check-up with the surgeon is approximately one month after surgery.
