We accept all major credit cards. You can pay for office visits and minor procedures, such as laser and filler treatments, on-site with cash or a credit card. You can pay in cash for amounts up to 2,000 euros.

When you schedule an appointment for a procedure, you will first receive a deposit invoice, which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. The remaining balance of the procedure invoice must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled procedure. If you plan to pay the balance of the surgery fee, either in part or in full, through Resurs Bank’s Health Account, please notify our appointment scheduling office well in advance.

When you schedule a surgery that costs more than 2,500 euros or is performed under general anesthesia or sedation, you will be charged a 500-euro reservation fee. This reservation fee will be deducted from the total cost of the surgery. The reservation fee must be paid within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. By paying the reservation fee by the due date, you secure the agreed-upon procedure date and confirm your attendance for the scheduled procedure. If the procedure is canceled for reasons beyond our control, the reservation fee will not be refunded. Once you have paid the reservation fee, you may reschedule the surgery in accordance with our terms and conditions.

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and injections and laser treatments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We charge a fee of 100 euros for any appointment or minor procedure that is not canceled.

Procedures performed under local anesthesia must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled time, and procedures performed under general anesthesia or sedation must be canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled time. The surgery reservation fee is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs for reasons beyond our control. We will retain 50% of the surgery fee if the procedure is canceled less than 7/14 days before the scheduled appointment, and 100% of the surgery fee if the surgery is canceled or rescheduled less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment.

In the event of illness, it is possible to reschedule a scheduled appointment or procedure. Please notify us of your illness well in advance. We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note verifying your illness.

You can also pay us in installments by applying for credit through Resurs Bank. Once your credit application is approved, you can make purchases at Sairaala KL. Be sure to apply for credit before arriving for your appointment and/or procedure if you wish to pay for your visit in installments. Please bring your ID with you. At Sairaala KL, we’ll print out the final credit agreement on the spot and confirm your purchase.
