You can also pay us in instalments by applying for credit through Resurs Bank. Once you have received a positive credit decision, you can make purchases at Sairaala KL. Remember to always apply for credit before arriving for your appointment and/or procedure if you want to pay for your visit in instalments. Remember also to bring your ID with you. We will print out the final credit agreement on site at Sairaala KL and confirm your purchase.

Would you like to pay by invoice or in instalments that suit you?

Applying for financing is quick and easy. Once you know the amount of financing you need (up to 6 000 €), you can apply using the online application form below or by sending a free text message with the text TERVEYSTILI2 to the number 18311. You will receive a link to the credit application and a decision immediately on your phone. The lender is Resurs Bank AB's Finnish branch.

You will receive a credit decision immediately and can start using your account once you have signed the credit agreement electronically with a TUPAS certificate. After this, you can make purchases in stores by showing valid ID at the time of purchase.

Payment cards and cash

We accept most major payment cards. You can conveniently pay for appointments, minor procedures (e.g., upper eyelid surgery), and laser and filler treatments in cash or by payment card. 

You can also pay for procedures costing more than 2 500 € by payment card or cash, but no later than when you arrive for the procedure. Please note that the reservation fee must be paid separately within seven (7) days of booking the procedure.

Invoicing

Our most popular payment method for procedures costing over 2 500 € is invoicing. When you book an appointment, you will first receive a reservation fee, which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. The remainder of the procedure invoice must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled procedure.

Reservation fee

When booking surgery costing more than 2 500 € or performed under general anesthesia, you will be charged a 500 € booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the surgery. The booking fee must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice date. By paying the reservation fee by the due date, you reserve the agreed date for the procedure and confirm your attendance at the agreed procedure. If the procedure is canceled for reasons beyond our control, the reservation fee will not be refunded. It is possible to reschedule the surgery in accordance with our terms and conditions after paying the reservation fee.

Cancellations

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and injections and laser treatments at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We charge a fee of 100 euros for any appointment or minor procedure that is not canceled.

Procedures performed under local anesthesia must be canceled at least 7 days in advance, and procedures performed under general anesthesia or sedation must be canceled at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled time. The surgery booking fee is non-refundable if the cancellation is due to reasons beyond our control. We will retain 50% of the surgery fee if the procedure is canceled less than 7 or 14 days before the scheduled appointment, and 100% of the surgery fee if the surgery is canceled or rescheduled less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment.

In the event of illness, it is possible to reschedule a booked appointment or procedure. Please notify us of your illness in a timely manner.
